Please tell me how I can manage the members created for a project.  I would like to know how to delete and rename members that I’ve created.

You can manage the members through the project manager. This will allow you to delete and rename features using the organize menu in the toolbar or by right clicking projects and individual members with the mouse and selecting from the approriate pop up menu.
