Our company has multiple user licenses.  I am trying to use the license manager feature of version 8.0.103, what do I use for “customer ID” –  Is there a single ID for our company or one for each user?

Jon,

There is one number for your entire company. However, since this is sensitive information please call our sales line 1-800-279-1353 to get the actual number from a tech support technician.

We've updated our computers in the office.  When we tried to unlock the program on the new computers we get the message that licensed users are exceeded.  How do we delete the old users in order to add the new?
