Technical support is good for the entire life of StruCalc 7.0 and up to one year after 8.0 is released or until you upgrade to 8.0, whichever is sooner. If you receive the free upgrade to 7.0 the technical support will transfer to 7.0 and will be good until one year after StruCalc 8.0 is released. All purchasers of StruCalc 7.0 or the 7.0 upgrade receive 45 days of free phone technical support from the date of purchase. When you call our technical support hotline (1-541-753-6112) you will have access to one of our licensed professional engineers who will be able to assist you with any problems or questions concerning design issues. Please note that if technical support is purchased it must be purchased for all site licenses. Please note that email support is 100% free for any user of our software and gives you access to the same licensed professional engineers.

Return Policy
StruCalc 7.0 can be returned for a full refund (minus shipping and handling if applicable) within 30 days of purchase. Refunds will only be provided for Virtual PC if the product is returned unopened and in a resalable condition.
